Melinda has worked in Business Development, Operations and Project Management with Not For Profits for the past 5 years. She has a passion justice and for doing development well, which led her to IJM and her postgraduate studies in International Development. She loves coffee, dancing and the beach.
Prior to joining IJM Australia, Kimberly worked as a commercial litigator and family lawyer. While completing her studies Kimberly served as an intern for United States Senator Joseph Lieberman and the US Supreme Court. For the past nine years Kimberly has been heavily involved in development work with a Children’s Home in Tijuana, Mexico.
Before joining IJM, Andrew spent 13 years in development work in Asia. Andrew is married with two children. He is currently studying an MA in Global Leadership.
